Trash Service Information

TRASH PICK-UP IS EVERY MONDAY. 

Please have your trash bin out by 7 AM for collection. Holidays will delay trash collection by one day.

*To help keep your neighborhood clean from debris, please bag all trash to be placed out for collection, even when using your toter. Your service level will allow for (1) 96-gallon trash toter plus an additional (3) bags outside of the container for weekly collection, we do ask that ALL bags are tied. We ask that all boxes are broken down and bundled together placed next to the bin. We also do not take any TV’s, tires or anything that has freon in it, we will leave these items behind. This makes it easier for the driver to grab all the boxes. If you have additional bulk items (Mattresses, appliances, furniture, etc.) to place out for pick up, please call us 24 hours prior to your service day to schedule (for an additional fee to be paid prior to scheduling.) 

Waste Connections of Colorado Springs has taken your feedback and is improving our recycle collection service. We are committed to being your local recycling partner. With the unprecedented CDL driver shortage and continued rising inflation, Waste Connections of Colorado Springs will be making a change to recycling services in your area.

Effective April 11, 2022, Recycling will be serviced every other week.

We will operate on an A and B week schedule. Please see attached calendar below for the week. This change will allow us to improve efficiency, provide a more reliable service, and reduce our carbon footprint.

You will be a B week.

Please note, your trash service will remain on a weekly schedule.
